These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the GetMyJob.in website and placement services. By registering or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in India to register as a job seeker. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Using the service

• Provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself.
• Use the service only for genuine job-seeking or hiring purposes.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or upload unlawful content.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the information in your profile. Inaccurate or misleading details may affect our ability to match you and may result in suspension of your account.

No guarantee of employment

We work hard to match you with suitable roles, but we do not and cannot guarantee a job offer, interview, or any particular outcome. Hiring decisions rest entirely with the employers.

Fees

Registration and placement assistance are free for job seekers. We will never ask candidates for payment in exchange for a job. If anyone claiming to represent us requests such a payment, please report it to us immediately.

Intellectual property

The GetMyJob.in name, logo, design and content are our property and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GetMyJob is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including decisions made by employers or the conduct of third parties.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service. You may ask us to close your account and remove your data at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
